Terms of Service

 

For all orders via the online shop the following terms and conditions apply:

Any contracts based on these terms and conditions are concluded with Individual Entrepreneur DARIA AVDEEVA and Individual Entrepreneur VIKTORIIA TATISHVILI, niposinta.com.

You agree to the storage, processing and use of the personal data transmitted to me by your order for the purpose of executing your order.  Further details are regulated by the privacy policy on our website.

The following payment methods are basically available in the shop:

PayPal

Within the payment service PayPal Plus we offer you different payment methods as PayPal Services. You will be forwarded to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment data, confirm the use of your data by PayPal and the payment order to PayPal.

If you have chosen PayPal as your payment method, you must be registered there or register first to be able to pay the invoice amount and authenticate yourself with your access data. The payment transaction is automatically carried out by PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment order. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

Terms of delivery

We have worldwide shipping. Please note that you may have to pay duties and taxes to your country’s government. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Estimated shipping times:

North America: 2-3 weeks
Europe: 2-3 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-5 weeks


We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them, since it's the responsibility of the shipping service company.

Return and refunds

Request a cancellation within: 7 days of receiving without reason.

You make return the goods within seven days without giving reasons as long as the item is in its original condition and has not been used. The revocation period is seven days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To return, to inform us by means of a e-mail niposinta@gmail.com of your decision to return item (s).

In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period and that you have shipped back the goods within the period. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the 7-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

We shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional costs resulting from your choosing a different method of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), at the latest within 7days of the date on which we receive notification of your order cancelletion.

 

Should the goods delivered by us be defective, you may choose to demand either elimination of the defect or delivery of defect-free goods.

Transport Damage

If goods with obvious transport damages are delivered, please complain about such errors as soon as possible to the deliverer and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us will have no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, you help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

The returning does not exist for the following orders:
- for the delivery of goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose sealing has been removed after delivery or which have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;

- for items which used or damaged;
- for custom or personalised orders to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs;

- for items which damaged during handling of the goods which is not necessary for testing the nature, properties and functioning of the goods due to violation of operating procedures.
